Restaurant Manager

- Pay: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
- Hours: Full-time, rotating shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
- Contract: Permanent
- Location: London
- Start date: Immediate
- Closing date: 30th April 2023
The Work
- Support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations
- Recruit, train, and manage hourly crewmembers
- Oversee scheduling, performance management, and payroll
- Act as the manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and maintenance standards
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Deploy crewmembers during shifts and authorize employee functions
- Complete other duties as assigned
What You Need
- Proven restaurant or retail management experience (3+ years)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Valid UK driver's license
- GCSEs or equivalent, with some tertiary education preferred
Desirable
- Experience in new restaurant openings
