• Pay: Competitive + monthly bonus
• Hours: Varied shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and travel as needed

The Work

• Manage shift operations, ensuring standards are met in all restaurant zones
• Open and close the restaurant, managing cash handling and accountability
• Direct and coach Crewmembers, providing exemplary customer service
• Enforce policies and ensure the facility is clean and well-maintained
• Authorise employee functions and complete other assigned duties

What You Need

• 1+ years of restaurant/retail management experience
• Detail-oriented, organised, and flexible
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
• GCSEs or equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years or older

Desirable

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Familiarity with Raising Cane’s operations and culture
