Operations Manager
M&E Operations Manager – South London – £65,000 + Package An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced M&E Operations Manager to join a leading building services/FM provider on a prestigious large static site in South London. We are looking for a technically qualified manager with a strong background in engineering maintenance and proven leadership experience managing teams within critical or commercial environments. The Role:
- Overseeing day-to-day engineering operations on a large static site
- Managing and leading a team of engineers and supervisors
- Ensuring compliance, KPI delivery, and high service standards
- Client liaison and stakeholder management
- Driving operational performance and continuous improvement
- Technically qualified in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Experience within commercial building maintenance/FM environments
- Excellent client-facing and organisational skills
- £65,000 Basic Salary
