We are looking for Finance Administrator  to join our established team, at a leading global provider of financial markets data in Central London. We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Finance Administrator to join our team in Central London. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with BaxterStorey and UK regulations.

• Maintain accurate financial records and perform daily bookkeeping tasks
• Prepare and analyse financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits
• Ensure compliance with UK financial regulations and internal policies
• Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures
• Assist with payroll processing and related tasks
• Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections

• Experience of operating in a multi-site retail/food services business

• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present financial data
• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial reporting
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting
• Professional certifications such as AAT or ACCA are desirable
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
