Ad Hoc Nanny

Academics are looking for passionate, qualified and experienced Early Years Educators / Nannies to join our supply team.

This is an excellent opportunity for qualified childcare professionals looking for flexible work while making a positive difference to children's learning, development and wellbeing.

Assignments can range from day-to-day supply work to short-term and longer-term placements, depending on your availability and experience.

Your responsibilities may include:

Providing high-quality care and education to children.
Supporting children's learning and development through engaging, age-appropriate activities.
Planning and delivering stimulating experiences based on children's interests and developmental needs.
Supporting children's personal, social and emotional development.
Maintaining a safe, secure and inclusive environment.
Following and contributing to children's routines and development plans.
Building positive relationships with children, parents, and carers.
Communicating effectively and professionally with family settings.
Supporting children's individual needs and ensuring their wellbeing is prioritised.About You

Passionate about giving children the best possible start in life.Requirements

A recognised Early Years / Childcare qualification.
A minimum of 1 year's sole-charge nannying experience.
A valid 12-hour Paediatric First Aid certificate.
Previous professional experience working with children.
An enhanced DBS check, or willingness to obtain one.
Two suitable professional references.
The right to work in the UK.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
