Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Earliest shift starts at 6am

• Welcome Executive Guests to the Lounge and assist them efficiently with enquiries

• Prepare set ups for tables

• Ensure that all Guest supplies and amenities are offered and replenished to the required standards

• Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner

• Execute tasks as instructed by the Executive Lounge Supervisor or Manager

• Ensure compliance of brand standards

• Strive to achieve departmental targets

• Ensure cleanliness of work areas

• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation

• Comply with local licensing laws

• Be environmentally aware

What are we looking for?

• Previous Front Office or F&B experience in the hotel, leisure or retail sector

• Calm, efficient and organised

• Excellent personal presentation and communication skills

• A passion for delivering exceptional levels of Guest service

• It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• Previous experience in Executive Lounge in a hotel environment

• Previous Front Office or F&B experience in the hotel, leisure or retail sector
