50K - 55K Financial Services Client is hiring for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a growing international organisation and support hiring across the UK & Ireland. This is a hands-on role covering end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening through to offer and onboarding, working closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders. Key requirements:
3-6 years Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience
Strong experience recruiting Technology or Data and Analytics professionals
Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies across different geographies
Confident sourcing passive talent using LinkedIn, job boards, networking and AI
tools
Strong ATS, recruitment reporting and data analysis skills
Experience managing recruitment agencies / PSLs
Excellent stakeholder and candidate management skills
Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion in recruitment Please apply for immediate interview!
