Performance Marketing Assistant

The Role
Your daily to-dos might look like this:
- Support the day-to-day management and optimisation of key acquisition channels, including but not limited to paid social (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok), paid search (Google), and potentially affiliate marketing, display, etc.
- Assist in the execution of campaign strategies to achieve ambitious acquisition and ROI targets and help to ensure budgets are used effectively.
- Closely monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV), and identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to regular KPI performance reporting by identifying actionable insights that can be shared across the paid media team & wider digital department
- Set-up campaigns ensuring that each activity is set-up to best-in-class practices and in advance to final live dates.
- Support with the creation and management of creative briefs across multiple channels and collaborate closely with in-house design team on creating best in class assets ensuring best practices and timelines are met.
- Assisting in the identification, proposal, and management of small-scale creative tests across digital channels.
- Support the setup and launch of new campaigns, ensuring accurate tracking and targeting.
- Assisting in the testing and analysis of performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Providing support in the development and launch of campaigns for business initiatives and new product launches.
- Research and identify new and emerging digital marketing channels and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
These skills will help you go far in this role:
- Strong interest in paid media and digital marketing.
- Understanding of major advertising platform (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads).
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and contribute to growth targets.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw insights from data.
- Self-motivation and good time management skills.
- Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A curious and detail-oriented approach.
- Competent use of Excel and/or Google Sheets is beneficial.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
