Role: Cover Supervisor Location: East London Secondary Schools Type: Day-to-Day Work Salary: £90 - £110 Start Date: Immediate Key Responsibilities: Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers. Ensure a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour. Follow lesson plans provided by the regular teacher. Support students with their work and answer any questions they may have. Maintain a safe and orderly classroom.Requirements: Previous experience working with young people (preferably in an educational setting). Strong classroom management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning. Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools and classrooms.
