Exterior Commercial Building/Window Cleaner
Location: Mitcham Area – PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU RESIDE WITHIN 5 MILES
Salary: Competitive £30,000 + Bonuses
Full-Time
Our client is on the lookout for a Commercial Exterior Building Cleaner who is ready to be hands-on and able to work outdoors, to join their growing team! If you take pride in a job well done and don’t mind getting your hands dirty (sometimes at height!), this could be the perfect role for you.
You’ll be working on a variety of exciting tasks including:
🚿 Pressure washing
🔥 Steam cleaning
🪟 Window cleaning
🧼 Graffiti removal
🪜 Gutter cleaning
🌆 Working at heights
No two days are the same, and your work will help maintain the high standards and professional image of some amazing commercial spaces.
✅ What they are looking for:
* A full driving license (essential with no points).
* Experience in window cleaning (ideally 1 year or more).
* A positive, cando attitude and solid work ethic.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* A team player who’s flexible and reliable.
* Comfortable working in physically demanding environments.
