Store Manager

Role Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Store Manager to lead a high-profile retail store in Central London. This key role combines day-to-day retail leadership with strategic operational oversight, offering the chance to drive performance and shape customer experience in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of store operations, team leadership, and customer engagement.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the store team to deliver strong sales performance and an excellent customer experience
- Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and development to store staff
- Manage staffing schedules, costs, and store compliance to ensure efficient operations
- Oversee inventory accuracy, stock levels, and loss prevention measures
- Collaborate with wider teams to support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Ensure store visuals and merchandising reflect current priorities and seasonal focuses
- Collect and utilise customer data in line with regulations to inform in-store strategies
- Support a positive store culture and contribute to brand-led community engagement initiatives
Requirements
- 5 years’ experience in a senior retail role
- Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
- Strong organisational and communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- A natural leader with a hands-on, can-do approach to problem solving and customer engagement
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as part of a monthly rota
