Junior Technical Designer - Successful Womenswear Brand
People Marketing's client, an amazing, successful womenswear brand enjoying a huge period of growth, is looking for a Junior Technical Designer to work across technical CAD design and PD.
This role is based 5 days in-house, in a vibrant central London office; you will be hands-on with product daily.
Junior Technical Designer – The Role:
- Work across technical design, completing CADs and tech packs, briefing PD and factories, attending fits and giving comments.
- Work with the 360 design and development process so this is an amazing opportunity to grow and progress.
- Researching key trends and directions.
- Analyse and monitor high street trends.
- Complete range CADS and tech packs.
- Managing spec and block library for all garments
- Managing the development of styles with factories.
- Managing the Critical Path and approvals.
- Leading fit meetings and giving comments to suppliers.
- Daily liaison with suppliers.
