- Lead and mentor a small team of architects, overseeing design development from concept through execution. Head offices in London
- Collaborate directly with sales teams, managers, and clients in the interior sectors, ensuring design aligns with brand identity and vision.
- Deliver innovative architectural solutions that integrate exceptional interior design.
- Manage and coordinate international site visits and project deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with technical and aesthetic standards while meeting project budgets and timelines.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architecture, with a strong portfolio demonstrating interior design projects.
- Proven experience working for a leading fashion or high-end interior design brand.
- Strong understanding of aesthetics, colours, materials, and design trends in luxury sectors.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience managing small teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally for project assignments.
- Proficient in relevant design software (AutoCAD, , Adobe Creative Suite).
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
