About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Logistics Supervisor to join our team and oversee all site logistics on a busy construction projects. The successful candidate will ensure the efficient coordination of deliveries, materials movement, waste management, and traffic management to keep the site running smoothly and safely.

This is a key role that requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to site operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all site logistics, deliveries, and vehicle movements

*

Supervise and direct logistics operatives and labour teams

*

Maintain clear site access and traffic routes in accordance with project logistics plans

*

Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site management to ensure materials are delivered efficiently

*

Monitor and enforce health & safety standards across all logistics operations

*

Support waste management, recycling, and environmental compliance

*

Maintain accurate records of deliveries, permits, and site activities

*

Contribute to toolbox talks and site meetings

Requirements

✅ Gold CSCS Card (Supervisory Level or above)
✅ NVQ Level 3 in Construction or related discipline
✅ SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)
✅ Valid First Aid at Work certificate
✅ Proven experience as a Logistics Supervisor or similar role within construction
✅ Strong organisational and communication skills
✅ Ability to manage teams and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
