Year 3 Job Share Teacher Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for Year 3 pupils in line with the National Curriculum
- Work collaboratively with your co-teacher to ensure continuity and consistency across the week
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Assess and track pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents
- Contribute to team meetings, planning sessions, and whole-school initiatives

Year 3 Job Share Teacher Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 , ideally Year 3
- Strong understanding of the National Curriculum
- Excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills
- A reflective and adaptable approach to teaching and learning
