A leading financial services organisation is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Assistant to provide essential recruitment and HR support. The Role

As a key member of the HR and Talent team, you will:

• Draft engaging job adverts and maintain careers pages.

• Monitor applications, track CVs, and manage a talent pipeline.

• Provide clear, timely communication to candidates throughout the recruitment journey.

• Support recruitment campaigns for internships, apprenticeships, and graduate programmes.

• Liaise with recruitment partners, hiring managers, and candidates to coordinate interviews and assessments.

• Ensure full compliance with regulatory and onboarding requirements in a financial services setting.

• Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives through data monitoring and reporting.

The Person

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Has experience within financial services recruitment or a regulated industry, with knowledge of compliance-led onboarding processes.

• Is organised, proactive, and able to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrates excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.

• Is eager to build their career in HR and talent acquisition, working collaboratively across teams.
