Facilities Assistant (Ref: 007016)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and highly organised Facilities Assistant to join a prestigious global professional services environment based in Central London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their career within Facilities Management, gaining hands-on exposure in a fast-paced corporate setting while working within a high-end office environment.
Working closely with the Facilities Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a busy and professional workplace.
Key Responsibilities
• Supporting the day-to-day management of office facilities
• Assisting with meeting room coordination and conference room set-ups
• Conducting daily and weekly office inspections and reporting issues
• Managing office supplies, stock replenishment, and equipment orders
• Carrying out internal mail distribution
• Supporting workplace health & safety checks
• Coordinating contractor access and compliance on-site
• Assisting with ad-hoc operational and facilities-related tasks
About You
The successful candidate will be:
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Proactive with a positive, can-do attitude
• A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy office environment
• Competent using Microsoft Office
• Physically capable of manual handling tasks such as meeting room setups and moving supplies
Previous experience within facilities, office support, hospitality, or workplace services would be advantageous, though not essential.
Additional Information
• Monday to Friday, office-based
• Standard hours: 9am–6pm with flexibility required when needed
