Your Role:

• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders confidently, including engagement at Director level.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert within the Product/Proposition team.
• Provide expert guidance on the application of existing and new products and propositions.
• Advise stakeholders across the Bank on customer and colleague journeys related to products.
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to support product initiatives.
• Translate business needs into actionable data and product insights.
• Ensure alignment of product data strategies with business goals.
• Support data-driven decision-making through effective analysis and reporting.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of product-related processes.
• Proven experience in developing business cases to support strategic decisions.
