London-based project management and planning consultancy with a strong UK and international presence. Focused mainly on Life Sciences and Commercial sectors, working with blue-chip clients through long-standing relationships.
Role Requirements
Delivery-focused SPM with experience managing contractors and subcontractors
Strong technical grounding; main contracting, MEP, design, or engineering backgrounds preferred
Employer’s Agent experience highly valued
Confident, client-facing, autonomous, and commercially minded
Key Responsibilities
Lead projects independently
Manage subcontractors and consultants
Maintain strong client relationships
Ensure delivery meets quality, budget, and programme expectations
