Maintenance Plumber
Salary: £34,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Contract: Full Time, Permanent We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Plumber to join our growing engineering team working across a prestigious commercial site portfolio within the City of London. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified plumber looking for long-term stability, career progression, and the chance to develop into senior-level roles within a well-established company. The Role As a Maintenance Plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive plumbing works across commercial properties. Duties Include: * Carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance * Fault finding and repairing plumbing systems * Maintenance of toilets, taps, pipework, valves, pumps, and drainage systems * Minor installation works * Ensuring all works are completed safely and in line with health & safety regulations * Liaising with clients and site teams professionally Requirements: * Level 2 Plumbing Qualification minimum (City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent) * Previous experience within commercial maintenance preferred * Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills * Strong communication and customer service skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Package & Benefits: * £34,000 basic salary * Monday to Friday working hours – 8am to 5pm * Overtime available * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays * Company pension scheme * Ongoing training and development * Clear progression routes into senior engineering roles * Additional company benefits This role would suit a motivated plumber looking to build a long-term career within a supportive and professional environment.
