About the History Department
The department is collaborative and well-resourced, delivering a broad curriculum covering British history, world history, political change, and social movements. The team is passionate about debate, historical inquiry, and developing critical thinkers.
The Role
Teach History across KS3–KS5.
Contribute to curriculum enrichment including historical trips and debating events.
Support the development of GCSE and A-Level resources.
Maintain high expectations for learning and behaviour.
Requirements
QTS and a degree in History or a closely related field.
Strong subject knowledge and experience teaching KS4 (KS5 desirable).
Commitment to academic excellence and inspiring young learners.
