Business Growth Analyst

WG&S Group is looking for an experienced Business Growth Analyst to join our dynamic team and help drive long-term success across our global operations.

As a Strategic Analyst, you’ll be a key player in delivering high-impact initiatives that fuel our growth. Your work will span across market strategy, financial modelling, competitive analysis, and project management. Expect to collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, influencing decisions at the highest level.

Main Responsibility
  • Drive strategic initiatives with BU leaders, including market entry strategies, route-to-market (RTM) analysis, and M&A evaluations
  • Conduct competitive analysis and monitor global spirits and beverage trends
  • Build robust financial models to assess strategic choices and investment opportunities
  • Support the corporate planning cycle and contribute to our 5-year strategic roadmap
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling business cases
  • Create Board-ready presentations and competitive reviews for senior leadership
  • Manage and enhance our suite of analytical tools, data sets, and research assets

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
  • Experience in strategy consulting, corporate development, or investment analysis
  • A curious mindset and global perspective on market dynamics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
