THE ROLE

Climate Impact Partners is a leading provider of high-quality climate solutions, committed to enabling a thriving future for all life on Earth. We are seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team.

In this role, you will own the analysis and optimization of our sales and marketing funnel—bringing structure, visibility, and insights to our GTM strategy. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, finance, and leadership teams to understand performance drivers, identify growth levers, and ensure revenue-generating teams are equipped with accurate data to operate effectively.

This role is ideal for someone who blends analytical rigor with business acumen and is passionate about improving the effectiveness of how we bring climate solutions to market.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Funnel Analytics

• Analyze performance across the full GTM funnel—from lead generation through deal close—to surface insights and conversion trends.

• Track and optimize key metrics (e.g., lead-to-opportunity rate, opportunity-to-close rate, sales cycle length, pipeline velocity).

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., in Salesforce, Excel, Power BI) to support visibility and decision-making across GTM teams.

• Provide weekly/monthly reporting on KPIs, pipeline health, sales productivity, and attainment against targets.

• Segment performance by rep, region, and product to uncover opportunities for coaching or reallocation.

• Support sales leadership in pipeline hygiene efforts to ensure accuracy and forecasting confidence.

• Monitor new business vs. expansion funnels to help drive appropriate strategy and resource allocation.

Process & System Optimization

• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or inefficiencies in GTM data and work cross-functionally to resolve them.

• Partner with sales leadership to streamline processes for lead handoffs, opportunity stages, and pipeline tracking.

• Support implementation of sales methodologies and ensure CRM workflows reflect agreed sales processes.

• Collaborate with RevOps peers to ensure data cleanliness, CRM alignment, and accurate forecasting inputs.

• Recommend automation opportunities to reduce manual data entry and increase sales team efficiency.

Strategic Planning & Forecasting Support

• Contribute to quarterly business reviews, go-to-market planning, and board-level reporting with data-driven insights.

• Analyze historical trends to inform future revenue and funnel performance projections.

• Work with sales leadership to understand rep performance drivers, ramp timelines, and capacity planning needs.

• Support territory planning and quota setting by aligning historical conversion data with strategic growth priorities.

• Provide proactive alerts on pipeline coverage, conversion trends, and sales velocity against plan.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as the connective tissue between sales, finance, marketing, and revenue leadership.

• Provide data-backed recommendations to inform strategy and improve GTM alignment. • Translate complex analytics into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

• Partner with Enablement to identify performance gaps and inform training priorities using data.

• Participate in GTM retrospectives to assess what’s working and where pivots are needed.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Experience and Skills

• A couple of years in a GTM analytics, sales/marketing operations, or RevOps role
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau)
• Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing funnels and KPIs
• Analytical thinker with a bias toward action and continuous improvement
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional teams
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders

Personal Attributes

• Proactive and self-motivated, with a solution-oriented mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to a range of audiences

PERKS

  • Hybrid working
  • 25 days paid holiday
  • Enhanced Pension Scheme
  • Enhanced Parental Leave
  • Green Commute Bike Scheme
  • LinkedIn Learning License & Professional Training Budgets
  • Summer Fridays (start your weekend early if you've finished everything on your to-do list)
  • Working from Abroad (up to 4 weeks a year)
  • Global Volunteering Day
  • Modern, state of the art office in Paddington, London, which is dog friendly and includes showers, a mother's feeding room, a wellness room and barista coffee bar.
