Working Pattern: Full shift rota (Knowledge of Sysmex XN, Werfen ACL TOP and Grifols Erytra desirable.
Hourly Rate: £25 - £27
We are currently seeking a Band 6 Biomedical Scientist specialising in Blood Transfusion to join our client’s team in Essex. This is a full-time, ongoing position working full shifts, offering a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to contribute to a busy and well-established laboratory service.
Qualifications and Experience
- HCPC registration
- Degree in Biomedical Science or equivalent
- Experience in Haematology & Blood Transfusion, specifically Knowledge of Sysmex XN, Werfen ACL TOP and Grifols Erytra desirable.
- Familiarity with LIMS and transfusion analysers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- NHS experience (required)
