As a Senior Theatre Practitioner Orthopaedics at our Nuffield Health Parkside Hospital, you hold the relevant qualifications and experience, including NMC or HCPC. You bring a passion for high standards, a meticulous eye for detail and post-registration experience. You’re a focused, flexible and motivated team worker who has demonstrated expertise in operating and assisting in a variety of robotic surgical procedures, with a specific focus on urology.
As a Senior Theatre Practitioner Scrub Orthopaedics, you will:
- extensive experience as a Scrub Practitioner in Orthopaedics
- be a qualified as a Surgical First Assistant, providing skilled assistance during surgical procedures
- adherence to infection control protocols and maintaining a sterile field throughout surgical interventions
- lead the team to deliver care that helps improve the health of the individual and wider community
- use state-of-the-art technology, equipment and facilities
- supervise, support and develop junior members of the team
- shape patient experiences that are always clinically effective, evidence based and appropriate
