Maternity Nurse

Experienced Nightly Maternity Nurse required for an eight-week booking in Chiswick, supporting a family with their third baby boy for five to six nights per week from March 2027.

Job Summary
A returning Eden family in Chiswick are looking for an experienced Nightly Maternity Nurse to support them following the arrival of their third baby boy in March 2027.
Mum is planning to combination feed and would appreciate someone who is knowledgeable, supportive and completely comfortable with her feeding choices. She is looking for a gentle, non-judgemental approach, with no pressure to breastfeed exclusively.
The family would love someone warm, capable and reassuring who can confidently manage baby's care throughout the evening and night, allowing Mum to rest and enjoy time with her older children. With two other children at home, they are keen to find someone who will fit comfortably into family life and provide calm, consistent support without being intrusive.

Job Specification
• Providing attentive newborn care throughout the evening and overnight
• Supporting combination feeding in line with Mum's preferences
• Feeding, winding, changing and settling baby
• Managing baby's evening and overnight care to allow Mum to rest
• Supporting gentle, age-appropriate feeding and sleeping patterns
• Maintaining baby's nursery area and equipment
• Providing a calm and reassuring presence within the family home

Candidate Specification
• Excellent newborn and Maternity Nurse experience
• Confident supporting combination feeding
• Respectful of parental feeding choices, without a prescriptive approach
• Warm, gentle and nurturing
• Calm, capable and experienced within busy family households
• Discreet, considerate and respectful of family space
• Reliable and comfortable with the extended evening and overnight hours

Accommodation: Spare room with Moses basket; bathroom shared with baby.
