Early Years Practitioner P/T (3 full days)

Salary – Starting from £31,158.40 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

We’re looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join our Finsbury Park nursery, which is situated in the heart of Finsbury Park close to local shops and amenities. The nursery offers excellent links to rail, tube and bus stations. The nearest rail and tube stations to the nursery is Finsbury Park underground station (10 minute walk), Finsbury park Railway station (9 minute walk) and Crouch Hill Rail station (9 minute walk). We have buses 210, W3 and W7 that is close to the nursery. This role is for 3 full days.
Our Bright Horizons Finsbury Park is purpose built Ofsted rated “Good” and is a light, spacious, purpose-built day nursery all on one level the rooms all have direct access to outdoor garden areas.

The Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.
What we’re looking for
- Full and relevant Level 2/3 or above Early Years qualification
- Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
- Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers
