HubSpot Solutions Architect
Job Description
Location : Remote or Hybrid in our London office
Salary : Up to £60,000 (dependent on experience)
About the role
We’re looking for a hands-on Senior HubSpot Implementation Consultant to own complex, data-driven HubSpot implementations end-to-end. You’ll lead CRM design and build , oversee migrations , and deliver reliable integrations with third-party systems.
This is a delivery role - you’ll be the technical lead on implementations and the person clients trust to make HubSpot work properly.
About Pineo
Pineo is a HubSpot Platinum Partne r based in London, focused on delivering high-quality HubSpot implementations - particularly where data, automation and third-party integrations matter. We joined the partner programme less than a year ago and have already progressed from Gold to Platinum, with Diamond on track for this year.
We're growing fast , but deliberately. The focus is on quality over quantity - doing excellent work for clients rather than chasing volume. Pineo is currently founder-led, so you'll work directly with Will. That means close collaboration, clear direction, and minimal layers. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor and help shape how we deliver projects as the agency scales. There's a genuine path to senior leadership and partnership for the right person.
What you’ll do
- Lead end-to-end HubSpot implementations across Sales, Service and Marketing Hub (as required)
- Run discovery meetings and turn requirements into a clear solution design (objects, properties, pipelines, permissions, reporting)
- Plan and deliver data migrations (mapping, cleansing, imports, validation, cutover)
- Design and implement integrations (native apps, middleware like Zapier/Make, and API-based workflows)
- Build automation that is scalable and maintainable (workflows, lifecycle logic, governance, QA)
- Troubleshoot complex issues across data, automation and integrations
- Deliver documentation, training and handover so teams actually adopt the solution
What we’re looking for
- 3-5+ years hands-on HubSpot experience
- Strong track record delivering CRM implementations end-to-end
- Confident with data and architecture: modelling, associations, migration planning, data quality
- Strong integration experience (operations, billing, support, marketing tools) and how to keep systems in sync
- Comfortable running multiple projects in a client-facing environment
- Clear communicator who can explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have
- HubSpot certifications
- Previous HubSpot partner/agency experience
- Experience with HubSpot APIs and webhooks
- Middleware and automation depth (Zapier/Make, custom code, error handling)
- Based in London and available to work hybrid (preferred, but open to fully remote within the UK)
Why join Pineo
- High-impact HubSpot delivery work across a varied client base
- Be part of an early-stage agency with the opportunity to grow into a senior leadership role and progress towards becoming a partner
- Autonomy and ownership - you’ll run implementations properly, not patch them
- Collaborative environment with room to shape processes and standards
- The flexibility to work fully remote from overseas for up to three weeks a year
- 25 days’ holiday + bank holidays, paid sick leave, and employer pension contributions
