Senior Producer

LEGO Digital Play
London

LEGO Digital Play is at the beginning of something exciting — and we are building the team that will bring it to life. We are at the earliest, most exciting stage of development, where the work is ambitious and the team is growing.

We are looking for a Senior Producer who knows how to keep a creative team moving. At this stage, that means being one step ahead: spotting gaps, building initial processes, and creating a great environment where everyone can do their best work. You will work directly with discipline leads to organise, schedule, and track the work — and with leadership to communicate progress to stakeholders.

If you are the kind of producer who thrives in ambiguity, brings a positive and flexible attitude, and knows how to scale process to match the moment, this is your role. Come help us build something extraordinary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owns the team's production cadence — including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives

  • Works with discipline leads to break down, quantify, and task work into clear, trackable units

  • Builds and maintains roadmaps, milestone schedules, objectives, and team plans

  • Tracks progress across workstreams and proactively surfaces risks, blockers, and dependencies

  • Selects, implements, and maintains production tooling and processes suited to the team's needs

  • Prepares progress reports and presentation materials for internal stakeholders and leadership

  • Fosters clear communication and knowledge sharing across the team

  • Identifies resource needs and works with leadership to address them

  • Lays the production foundations that will scale as the team grows, including onboarding future producers

Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Extensive experience in game production, with substantial time at senior level across multiple shipped titles

  • Proven track record delivering games across more than one platform or genre

  • Experience managing and developing a team of producers

  • Proven ability to build and own production processes from scratch in an early-stage environment

  • Strong command of agile methodologies and the ability to select and implement appropriate tooling

  • Skilled at working with discipline leads to define, scope, and sequence work

  • Confident preparing clear progress reports and stakeholder-facing materials

  • Self-directed — able to operate effectively with limited oversight

Nice to Have:

  • Background in platform or UGC game development

  • Familiarity with physical-digital or hybrid play experiences

  • Experience working within a large consumer brand or entertainment company
