Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Chef de Partie to join our team working at Accenture, London, EC3M 3BD.
You will be responsible for working collaboratively with the teams regarding food production management to ensure minimal wastage, maintenance of food levels, food quality and brand standards.

You must have reliable transport due to the location of the site and limited public transport.

- This is a full-time position, £14.88/hour, 32 hours per week, (Monday to Friday) Shifts range between 7am to 4pm, leaving your evenings free - a rarity when you work within culinary/hospitality. There are plenty of opportunities to do overtime with the hospitality part of the business.

A day in the life of a Chef de Partie:
- Reporting to the Sous Chef, working with the teams regarding food production management to ensure minimal wastage, maintenance of food levels, food quality and brand standards.
- Preparing food for our hospitality dining facilities and events.
- Assisting the Sous Chef with post-analysis and ensuring all shift opening and closing checklists are completed.
- Learning procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks.
- Undertaking relevant training as required.
You will be set up for success if you have:
⦁ Relevant culinary qualification.
⦁ Previous experience of working in a kitchen.
⦁ Certificate in food safety (or willing to obtain via our online e-learning).
⦁ Excellent team player and communicator.
