Your Career
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Technical Solutions Operations Analyst to lead strategic data-driven initiatives within the EMEA Technical Solutions organization. This role is pivotal in transforming how we leverage data analytics to drive operational excellence, process automation, and business growth. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical, technically skilled, and strategic leader with a proven track record in data analytics, advanced reporting, and program management in a technology-driven environment.
Your Impact
- Lead end-to-end analytics program management, including the design, implementation, and optimization of data-driven processes and dashboards for the Technical Solutions organization.
- Develop and automate complex reports and analytical dashboards using advanced tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Sheets, GCP BigQuery, Google Looker Studio, Salesforce, Einstein Analytics, SQL, Python)
- Translate business needs into actionable data insights, proactively identifying trends, opportunities, and risks to inform executive decision-making
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Product, and Engineering to ensure data integrity, alignment, and execution of strategic initiatives
- Author high-quality executive summaries, strategic documents, and presentations to communicate complex analytical findings to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Drive continuous process improvement through data mining, statistical analysis, and the implementation of automation solutions
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness and support business objectives
- Ensure best practices in data governance, quality, and security are maintained across all analytics initiatives
- Mentor and train team members on advanced analytics tools and methodologies, fostering a culture of data literacy and continuous improvement
Qualifications
Your Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field or equivalent military experience required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics program management, data analytics, or a similar role within a technology or consulting environment
- Demonstrated expertise in data analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., Tableau, Google Sheets, GCP BigQuery, Google Looker Studio, Salesforce Analytics, ETL processes)
- Proven ability to automate complex reporting tasks and build scalable, repeatable analytics solutions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing executive-level reports and presentations
- Advanced critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail, with a track record of delivering error-free, high-impact analytical work
- Strong strategic planning skills and the ability to independently identify, prioritize, and drive high-value initiatives
- Experience working with large datasets, data warehousing, and business intelligence concepts
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma, CAPM, CSM) is highly preferred
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities
