AI at SharkNinja

At SharkNinja, we’re building an AI-native culture. We’re not waiting for the future; we’re creating it. Our people are expected to experiment boldly, adopt new tools, and continuously raise what’s possible to create meaningful impact for our consumers. If you believe the best way to do your job hasn’t been invented yet, you’ll fit right in.

The Senior Manager, Live Commerce is responsible for leading SharkNinja's live shopping strategy and execution, driving GMV growth, audience engagement and brand presence across live commerce channels. This is a senior, high-impact role that combines creative direction, commercial acumen and operational excellence to establish live commerce as a key revenue pillar within the DTC business.

What you will do:

  • Own and lead the end-to-end live commerce strategy, from planning and production through to performance analysis and optimisation.
  • Drive GMV targets for live shopping events across our three brand handles (Shark Clean, Shark Beauty, Ninja Kitchen).
  • Act as the primary strategic partner to our LIVE agency, holding them accountable for production quality, cadence and commercial performance while working collaboratively on content direction and format innovation.
  • Own the product training relationship with the agency, ensuring LIVE hosts are true product experts — briefed on features, use cases and USPs so they can sell with authority and credibility on camera.
  • Build, lead and develop a high-performing live commerce team, setting clear goals and fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales Operations, Finance and Demand Planning to align live events with broader commercial and inventory objectives.
  • Oversee the selection, briefing and management of hosts, creators and brand ambassadors for live activations.
  • Establish best-in-class production standards in partnership with the agency, continuously testing and iterating on formats, products and promotional mechanics.
  • Monitor and report on live commerce KPIs (GMV, viewership, CVR, AOV, engagement) and translate performance data into strategic recommendations for both internal stakeholders and the agency.
  • Stay ahead of live commerce trends, platform developments and competitor activity to maintain a first-mover advantage.
  • Protect brand image and tone of voice across all LIVE content, setting clear standards and guardrails for the agency and hosts to work within.

What you will have:

  • Significant experience in live commerce, social shopping, or digital retail — with a proven track record of driving GMV at scale.
  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to build and inspire a team.
  • Deep understanding of live content production, creator ecosystems and audience engagement.
  • Commercial mindset with experience managing P&L, budgets and revenue targets.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret performance metrics and act decisively.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where things move quickly and innovation is encouraged.
