Job Description:

Are you currently working in the Financial Planning industry, but feel like your role is going nowhere?

Do you want to move into Paraplanner, from administration?

Recruit UK are working on a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join a Financial Planning firm in London. You’ll be working alongside one of their highly successful Financial Advisers, to provide full administration support, with the aim of training and progressing you into a Paraplanning role.

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Prepare and package reports to clients
• Preparing templated client letters
• Liaising with product providers and clients
• Obtain policy information, documents, factsheets etc
• Maintain accurate client information and records on the back-office system
• Assisting with annual reviews

Benefits:

• Salary of £28,000
• Discretionary bonus scheme (£3-4K year 1)

Skills and experience required:

• Some experience and exposure to Financial Planning
• Understanding of UK financial planning market and products
• Ambitious individual, ready to propel career
• Ability to work on your own, and as part of a team
