Executive Director – NAV Financing Originator / Structurer

An opportunity has arisen to join a high-growth Investment Banking & Structured Funding platform focused on delivering NAV financing solutions to private capital funds. This is a senior front-office role with an EMEA-wide mandate, offering significant responsibility across origination, structuring and execution as the business continues to scale.

As an Executive Director, you will play a pivotal role in originating and structuring NAV facilities, managing transactions end-to-end and supporting distribution and refinancing activity. You will work closely with internal partners across Structuring, Sales, Legal, Risk and Operations, acting as a central coordinator to deliver complex, bespoke financing solutions to private capital clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Originating, structuring and executing NAV financing transactions across EMEA

• Managing the full transaction lifecycle, from initial client engagement through to distribution and refinancing

• Coordinating multiple internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely execution

• Monitoring market trends, counterparties and competitive dynamics within private capital financing

• Supporting desk risk management and ongoing portfolio oversight

About you:

• Proven experience across all stages of NAV facility origination and execution

• Strong understanding of private capital fund NAV valuation, credit risk and risk management frameworks

• Demonstrated track record in distribution and refinancing of NAV facilities

• Comfortable reviewing complex structured finance documentation and assessing counterparty credit quality

• Highly analytical, commercially minded and able to distil complex data into clear insights
