Senior Prodcut Manager- US Donor Fund

Our client, an international financial and third sector organisation, are looking to strengthen their product team with the addition of a Senior Product Manager to strategically lead the management, development & governance of a portfolio of products for the U.S market.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will serve as the internal product team’s subject matter expert on U.S market trends, analysing client feedback, and leading product development to ensure the offerings remain current, adaptable, financially sustainable, and aligned with the expectations of donors and charity partners.

Duties include:

* Creating a product strategy and vision for products and services for the U.S markets and donors

* Developing and maintaining a clear product development roadmap

* Being an expert on product knowledge and U.S philanthropic landscape, including market trends

* Leading on product pricing and cost to serve

* Managing risk and regulations within products for the U.S markets

The ideal Senior Product Manager proven experience in product management, creating customer propositions, go to market strategies and the delivery. You will also have:

* Deep understanding of the US market, including its unique characteristics, competitive landscape, and donor needs.

* The ability to create complex pricing models.

* Ability to work collaboratively with remote and disbursed teams

* Willingness to delve into data and systems and be comfortable with complexity

Based from the flagship Central London office you will benefit from:

This role requires deep collaboration with teams both in the UK and North America and will require working flexible hours to accommodate different working patterns across UK/US. Quarterly travel to the U.S and occasional travel to the Kent HQ will be required.
