WHAT TO EXPECT
This role is about precision, presence and performance. As Brand Store Retail Sales Manager, you will lead a high calibre team to deliver a seamless, world class client journey - where every interaction reflects the values of a modern luxury brand.
You’ll take full ownership of day to day retail performance while playing a pivotal role in shaping how Jaguar shows up in the market, building meaningful relationships with clients and inspiring your team to deliver beyond expectation.
- Leading, inspiring and developing a team of Client Relationship Executives to deliver exceptional luxury service
- Driving commercial performance through robust sales strategy, pipeline management and consistent achievement of sales targets
- Owning the end to end client journey, ensuring every detail meets Jaguar Brand Store standards
- Using CRM, live data and reporting tools to actively manage conversion, client sentiment and commercial opportunities
- Managing stock, vehicle valuations and financial approvals in partnership with wider JLR teams
- Acting as the senior escalation point for complex client matters, ensuring swift and considered resolution
- Collaborating with marketing and activation teams to deliver premium events, experiences and local brand activations
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
This role calls for a confident leader with a deep understanding of luxury retail environments - someone who knows how to balance commercial rigour with experiential excellence.
You’ll be people centred, detail driven and digitally fluent, with an instinctive appreciation for the expectations of discerning luxury clients. You lead by example, set high standards, and build teams that are engaged, motivated and proud to represent the brand.
- Proven leadership experience within luxury retail, ideally in automotive, fashion, hospitality or high end lifestyle brands
- A strong track record of leading commercially successful retail environments with full P&L responsibility
- Demonstrable experience managing and developing teams in a premium or luxury setting
- A deep understanding of client experience, service excellence and relationship led selling
- Confidence using CRM systems, performance dashboards and data insights to drive results
- Experience working with High Net Worth clients and delivering highly personalised service
- High personal standards, attention to detail and a passion for delivering best in class luxury experiences
