Finishing Foreman
Job Description
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman or Site Foreman on high specification residential or commercial joinery projects
- Strong joinery background and technical knowledge
- Experience managing high specification interior or bespoke joinery installations
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple trades and manage site workflow
- Good understanding of construction health & safety requirements
- Ability to read drawings and technical specifications
Desirable
- Experience working on residential or high specification commercial projects
- SSSTS / SMSTS certification
- First Aid qualification
