Role OverviewAs a Sales Executive specialising in Ascot hospitality, you will be responsible for selling access to some of the most sought‑after events in the British social and sporting calendar, including Royal Ascot , and other premium race meetings. You will receive full training, benefit from uncapped commission, and enjoy clear opportunities for career progression within a rapidly expanding organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new business through proactive outreach to senior decision‑makers
- Manage and develop a personal portfolio of clients seeking premium Ascot experiences
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets
- Build and maintain long‑term client relationships
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Highly self‑motivated, target‑driven, and resilient
- 1-2 years sales experience with proven track record
- Able to thrive in a fast‑paced, competitive sales environment
- Strong interest in premium hospitality and major sporting events
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- Enthusiastic, coachable, and committed to continuous development
