• Hands-on: You're happiest when you're building, fixing, or tinkering.
• Reliable: Show up on time, ready to work, and committed to your training.
• Enthusiastic about bikes: Seriously, a genuine passion for cycling is a huge plus!
• A problem-solver: Love a good puzzle and figuring out how things work.
• A team player: Ready to jump in and help your colleagues.
