About the role:
We are looking for someone who can assist the Contractor Manager and Deployment team with contractor issues, admin & management of stock.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the Contractor Manager with day-to-day contractor queries.
  • Point of contact for team regarding contractor issues.
  • Permit requests and handling additional landlord requests, a growing need as installations expand.
  • Maintaining contractor documentation.
  • Managing weekly stock reports and stock ordering.
  • Deliver key objectives and operational KPIs.
  • Managing work orders, trackers and allocation of works at contractor level.
  • Invoice review and approval
  • Assisting with onboarding new contractors

What we need from you:

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with dealing with contractors and/or stock management.
  • Experience working in an operational environment.
  • Strong data management skills (Excel etc)
  • Evidence of operating within a fast-paced environment
