Head Chef - Hospitality & Staff Dining
Location: near London Bridge
Pay: £45000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (approx. 7:00am-3:00pm, flexibility required)
- Oversee all hospitality and staff dining services, from daily covers (100-120) to larger events (up to 400)
- Manage catering across multiple meeting rooms, including an executive floor with fine dining facilities
- Lead a small, hands-on team consisting of a Kitchen Porter and a Kitchen Assistant
- Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Ensure full compliance with food safety and health & safety policies
- Support occasional evening or seasonal events - all overtime paid at the standard rate
- Experienced Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef looking to step up
- Strong leadership and organisational skills with a calm, hands-on approach
- Passionate about creating fresh, high-quality food in a professional setting
- Excellent knowledge of food hygiene, safety, and allergen management
- Reliable, proactive, and adaptable
