We have partnered with a leading UK insurer to find a Product Pricing Manager to lead pricing across household, motor, SME and specialty lines. This is a high-profile role with real influence, shaping strategy, leading a team, and delivering pricing excellence that drives profitable growth.

• Lead and develop a team of pricing analysts.
• Own the strategy for product-facing pricing, driving change from concept to implementation.
• Influence senior stakeholders and shape underwriting decisions across multiple lines.
• Oversee pricing model performance and ensure compliance with governance and regulation.
• Drive insight through analysis of conversion, retention, customer behaviour and claims trends.
• Support innovation with new products, tools and pricing platforms.

This role is ideal for a pricing professional with experience across general insurance products, strong technical and analytical skills (Excel, SQL, Python or similar), and the confidence to influence senior decision-makers while leading a team.
