Head of Operations

The role

We're looking for a Head of Operations to lead how the business runs day to day. You'll be the person who keeps everything moving — turning plans into action, leading the team, and making sure the operation runs smoothly as we grow. It's a key leadership role with real ownership and the chance to shape how a fast-growing brand operates.

You'll work closely with the founder and the wider team, and own the systems and rhythm that keep a busy business running well.

What you'll do:

Lead the team & day-to-day operations

• Lead and support the team, setting clear priorities and keeping everyone aligned and accountable.
• Create and own the systems and tools that keep work organised, visible and on track.
• Establish a strong operating rhythm — clear priorities, regular check-ins, smooth communication.

Drive execution

• Take projects from idea to done across the business, keeping things on schedule.
• Stay on top of the details and deadlines that keep everything running.

Manage partners & logistics

• Coordinate the content and marketing pipeline with our creative team and agency.
• Run logistics for drops, wholesale orders and events end-to-end.
• Manage relationships with manufacturers, partners and our growing international operations.

Support growth

• Help prepare for key decisions and keep the business organised as it scales.
• Spot what can run better and improve how we work.

You might be a fit if you

• Have led operations, projects or a team in a fast-paced environment (startup, agency, e-commerce or similar).
• Are exceptionally organised with a natural eye for detail and follow-through.
• Lead people well — clear, calm, and able to get things done through a team.
• Communicate clearly and stay composed when things move fast.
• Are comfortable with ambiguity and wearing many hats — no two weeks look the same.
• Care about the brand and the culture, not just the tasks.
• Bonus: experience in fashion, e-commerce or DTC.
