Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who excels in cold calling, cold emailing, and setting meetings with potential clients. As a performance-based position, your compensation will be directly tied to your success in generating leads, securing meetings, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cold Calling: Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, effectively pitching our products/services to generate interest and set meetings.
• Cold Emailing: Create and send personalized cold emails to prospects, aiming to spark interest and schedule calls/meetings.
• Meeting Setter: Schedule and coordinate meetings between potential clients and the sales team, ensuring all logistical details are managed efficiently.
• Lead Generation: Continuously build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through various methods (research, networking, etc.).
• Track Performance: Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, responses, and meetings scheduled. Report on key metrics such as calls made, emails sent, meetings set, and conversions.
• Collaborate: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from initial contact to meeting, helping to close sales.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in cold calling, cold emailing, and lead generation.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Self-starter with a high level of initiative and organization.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with CRM software is a plus.
