As the Senior CRM Executive , you will support the development and optimisation of our multi-channel CRM marketing communications to drive engagement and loyalty within our existing customer base, and convert potential customers into repeat purchasers.
We’re looking for a data-driven, customer-centric individual with previous CRM and marketing experience to own and develop their CRM area, driving high engagement with our customers and identifying areas of revenue growth through personalised, targeted communications.

You will report to our Senior CRM Manager.
🚀 Some of your responsibilities:
Campaign creation:
You’ll support the CRM team with hands on experience in end to end campaign building, which will include:
Assist in the planning and execution of BAU, campaign, and automated communications across email and SMS, ensuring alignment with marketing, launch and promotional calendar.
Build and schedule email marketing campaigns using our CRM platform, Klaviyo.
Working closely with other teams, specifically the creative team, to help design the most effective campaigns possible.
Implement a test & learn roadmap to continuously optimise performance across all campaigns you are managing.
Data analysis, segmentation and targeting:
Analyse campaign and flow performance, monitor key metrics, customer group behaviour, and sales data, using this to optimise content, customer targeting, and overall performance of all campaigns and comms.
Continuously review segment growth and performance, identifying potential risk groups and areas of opportunity to drive more revenue.
Explore new opportunities to keep our loyal and VIP customers as happy as possible through rewards and discounts
Referral marketing:
Work with the CRM team to optimise our existing referral scheme, looking at offers, design, copy, continuously driving the referral testing roadmap, making clear incremental wins & driving new customer acquisition across multiple markets.

Previous experience in a CRM/email marketing role, preferably for a DTC brand. Highly proficient in campaign setup, email communications, and understanding customer journey mapping.
Experience running A/B tests and optimisations within the realms of CRM.
Proficient experience using a CRM platform such as Klaviyo. Klaviyo experience is highly beneficial.
Expertise in data analysis and identifying trends, specifically within CRM metrics/KPI analysis.
Experience in growing SMS marketing as a channel.
Strong attention to detail and strong planning and organisational skills is required.
Proven project management abilities.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Enthusiastic self-starter with a hunger to learn.
Nice to have:
Experience building out and growing a CRM/email marketing strategy within a new market is a huge plus.
Experience with a loyalty/referral platform is a plus.
Experience working within the US market is a huge plus.
Italian/Spanish speaker is a plus.
