We're seeking a Lawyer to become part of a collaborative and technology–driven team, advising clients across a broad range of commercial matters. LAWYER ROLE:

• Managing a portfolio of client matters independently from instruction through to completion
• Building and managing client relationships as the primary client contact
• Drafting, reviewing and advising on a range of legal and commercial documents
• Managing up to six matters concurrently while maintaining quality and deadlines
• Working autonomously while collaborating with internal stakeholders as required
• Delivering work in line with KPI, performance and client service expectations

LAWYER ESSENTIALS:

• Demonstrating approximately three years' post–qualification experience in general commercial law within private practice or in–house environments across England and Wales
• Managing commercial legal matters independently and taking ownership of files from instruction through to completion
• Advising on technology and intellectual property contracts
• Supporting privacy, data protection and GDPR–related matters
• Advising on employment law matters
• Building strong client relationships through direct client engagement and a personable approach
• Utilising legal technology platforms confidently and effectively
• Working autonomously, efficiently and proactively to deliver high–quality outcomes and meet deadlines
