Salary 38.000 + Service charge, 600 + per month

• Assist the Head Chef in the kitchen operation of our 7 day per week A la Carte restaurant in a concert hall in the West end and ensure the company's reputation for food quality is maintained at all times. (You will work 5 out of 7)
• Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items as directed by the Head Chef
• Contribute to the development and planning of menus, including future food trends and be passionate about developing new styles of service and concepts in the location.
• Support the Head Chef with stock taking and admin as required.
• Carry out the smooth and efficient running of your section as appropriate.

• Proven experience working in as a Sous Chef or similar role
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Works according to the BaxterStorey core values
