We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and highly skilled Design and Technology Teacher to join the thriving faculty at an Outstanding Ofsted-rated secondary academy in the Ealing area of Inner West London.

This is a full-time, permanent position starting in January 2026 .

• Teach Design and Technology across Key Stages 3 & 4 (KS3/KS4), with the ability to offer a specialism (e.g., Graphics, Resistant Materials, or Food Tech) to Key Stage 5 (KS5).

We Are Looking For:

• A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) .
• A proven track record as an excellent Design and Technology Teacher with experience teaching a specialism to at least Key Stage 4 (GCSE) .
• Proficiency with relevant workshop machinery and/or CAD/CAM technology.
• A genuine passion for design, making, and the ability to inspire students of all abilities.
• The drive to uphold and contribute to the academy’s Outstanding standards.

Salary and Benefits

• Main Pay Scale/Upper Pay Scale (MPS/UPS) for Teachers.
  • The base salary will be paid according to experience within the statutory Inner London Pay Scale (The Inner London Main Pay Range minimum is approximately £40,317 as of September 2025).
• A fixed Recruitment and Retention (R&R) Allowance of £2,000 per annum.
