A welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Ealing is looking to appoint a dedicated Graduate Learning Support Assistant for the 2025/26 academic year.
You’ll work with pupils who face a range of learning challenges—from ASD and ADHD to emotional needs and literacy delays.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Providing 1:1 or small group support for pupils with additional learning needs
- Collaborating with the SENCO and inclusion team
- Modifying learning materials and tasks to suit pupils' needs
- Supporting pupils' social and emotional wellbeing
- Liaising with speech therapists, psychologists, and support specialists
This is a perfect role for aspiring educational psychologists, therapists, SEN teachers or inclusion specialists.
What You’ll Need:
- A degree in psychology, education, or related field (or strong interest in SEN)
- Patience, empathy, and an adaptable mindset
- A genuine commitment to inclusion and equal opportunities
- Ability to manage behaviour and build positive relationships
