Key Responsibilities Deliver a world-class, personalised client experience in line with luxury service standards. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with local and international clients. Drive individual and team sales performance, consistently achieving and exceeding KPIs. Act as a brand ambassador on the shop floor, with strong product knowledge across menswear collections. Support and mentor junior team members, leading by example in service and sales excellence. Maintain impeccable visual standards and ensure the boutique environment reflects the brand's luxury positioning. Requirements Proven experience as a Client Advisor within luxury retail. Strong sales performance with a solid menswear background . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a highly client-centric approach. Confident, polished, and professional presentation aligned with luxury retail standards. Flexible to work weekends and peak trading periods as required.
